How to use Printable Checklist Maker

How do I get a PDF instead of paper?

Press Print and choose 'Save as PDF' as the destination in your browser's print dialog. That produces a proper vector PDF of exactly the print preview, which you can email or store — no separate export step is needed.

Can I add section headings?

Yes. Start a line with a hash character and it renders as a bold section heading with no tick box, so you can group a long checklist into stages such as Before, During and After.

Does the site menu appear on the printout?

No. A scoped print stylesheet hides the navigation, buttons and footer so only the checklist page prints, with correct page margins. The on-screen preview shows the real page boundary so you know what will fit.
