Yes. Every change is written to this browser's localStorage immediately, so the list is exactly as you left it next time you open the page on the same device and browser. It is not synced to any account or other device.
Yes. The print view strips out the site navigation and buttons and lays out just the tasks with empty tick boxes on clean white paper, which is handy for a shopping list or a shift handover sheet.
Use Export as text, which produces a plain-text version with checkbox markers. Save or email that file, then paste it back into the box on the other machine — there is no account, so this is the migration path.
