How is running pace calculated?

Pace = time / distance, usually expressed as minutes per kilometre or mile. Running 10 km in 50 minutes is a pace of 5 minutes per kilometre.

What is the difference between pace and speed?

Pace is time per unit distance (min/km), while speed is distance per unit time (km/h). Both describe the same effort from opposite angles.

How do I find my finish time?
