How to use CTC to In-Hand Salary Calculator

Enter your annual CTC and any known components. The calculator estimates deductions under the new regime and shows your monthly in-hand salary.

Frequently asked questions

Why is in-hand salary lower than CTC?

CTC includes employer contributions like the employer PF share and gratuity that you never receive as cash, plus your own deductions for PF and income tax.

How is in-hand salary estimated here?

The tool subtracts employer PF, employee PF, professional tax and estimated income tax under the new regime from your CTC to arrive at monthly take-home.

Is the tax figure exact?

It is a close estimate using new-regime slabs. Actual tax depends on your full salary structure and any special components, so treat it as a guide, not tax advice.
