Is matching case-sensitive?

Toggle case sensitivity — by default it's case-insensitive.

What if there are blank lines between duplicates?

Blank lines are treated as lines too — enable 'ignore blank lines' to skip them.

Does order of first occurrence matter?

Yes — by default the first occurrence is kept and later duplicates are removed.
