How to use Column Extractor

Paste delimited CSV or TSV lines and choose a column index, and the tool pulls out just that column from every row.

Frequently asked questions

Which delimiters are supported?

Comma, tab, semicolon, pipe, space, or any custom delimiter you type.

How do I pick the column?

Enter the 1-based column number. Column 1 is the first field on each line.

What if a line has fewer columns?

Lines missing that column produce an empty result on their own line, keeping row alignment intact.
