Paste your text, set how many lines to pick and whether repeats are allowed, then press Pick Lines and copy the selected lines.
Without repeats each line can only be selected once, which is sampling without replacement. With repeats the same line can come up several times, which is what you want when simulating draws.
By default blank lines are ignored so you never draw an empty result. Turn the option off if the blank lines are meaningful to your data.
