How is overtime pay calculated?

Overtime pay = overtime hours × hourly rate × overtime multiplier. At time-and-a-half, a ₹200/hour rate pays ₹300 for each overtime hour.

What is time-and-a-half versus double time?

Time-and-a-half pays 1.5× your normal rate for overtime hours, while double time pays 2×. This tool lets you set any multiplier that applies to you.

How is total pay worked out?

Total pay adds regular pay (regular hours × rate) to overtime pay (overtime hours × rate × multiplier), giving your full earnings for the period.
